Team 4 Marketing Ltd is an independent full service agency who offers a complete marketing package for a professional co-ordinated approach. Team 4 Marketing Ltd charges for the time to undertake the level of work required by the client (with the exception of bought in costs) which is charged on a monthly basis.
With regard to any design or creative work undertaken directly with Team 4 Marketing Ltd, the company operates the following policy which must be adhered too at all times by customers.:
- A basic initial creative design is produced by Team 4 Marketing Ltd FOC
- If the client does not wish to go ahead with the proposed creative, the copyright for these creative remains with Team 4 Marketing Ltd and no costs will be incurred.
- If the client wishes to continue with the creative, a signed purchase order is required before any artwork or further work is produced. Copyright passes with payment of all designs,
- If at the end of the artwork period, the client decides not to continue with the project all design, artwork, copywriting and costs to date are the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced in full along with an abortive cost for ending the contract. The artwork will then be forwarded to the client in its current format for future use by the client.
- Any printing undertaken by Team 4 Marketing Ltd will be sourced and created to the highest specification to support the job in process. If a client decides to use their own printer, Team 4 Marketing Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss in print quality or reduced specification.
Payment Terms: All invoices raised are due 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue invoices will be charged interest according to the Late Payment Penalty Interest Act 1988 of 8% above base rate.
Guarantee and Safeguard. Team 4 Marketing Ltd aims to provide the highest quality service. If you are unhappy at and stage with any aspect of our work we will – without question – respect your right to terminate the contract, paying in full for works carried out to date .
